Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival

Hello, and welcome to Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival. We are a group of Catholic bloggers who gather weekly to share our best posts with each other. To participate, go to your blog and create a post titled Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival. In it, discuss and link to your posts for the week--whether they deal with theology, Catholic living or cute Catholic kids. I'm mostly a book blogger so my posts are generally book reviews, some Catholic, some not. Make sure that post links back here. Once you publish it, come back here and leave a link below.

I'm glad you are here and if you'd like a weekly reminder to post, join our yahoogroup.

I've been a busy blogger this week--that's what happens when I get a day off!  Here are my posts:
My "Catholic" entry this week is a review of The Infertility Companion for Catholics.  We had a yummy dessert on July 4 and I shared it. Love Lifted Me is Christian Fiction in the "trust  God and all will work out" vein.  Top Ten Tuesday links to popular old posts, most of which are Catholic in nature.  A Simple Thing is about a family who moves to the middle  of nowhere.  One Mountain Away is about a woman who decides to make the last months of her life really worthwhile.

  1. Oh, that dessert looks delicious! I wish I saw it before Independence Day!

This week I have two book related posts: a book review and a free e-Book on making Spiritual Bouquets.

  2. Thank you RAnn for hosting.

The Infertility Companion for Catholics sounds really interesting. Nothing is more frustrating than wanting to do the right thing and being confused as to what that is.

  4. Hi, RAnn. Thanks so much for hosting. I blogged on several things this week and like Carol, I, too, wish I had seen that dessert recipe before the Fourth.
