I usually do talk about the faith content of the books I read. If you are looking for books with almost no mention of faith--that are just clean reads, try Beth Patillo's books. If you want good stories dealing with people's spiritual life, Lisa Samson is wonderful, and I've reviewed quite a few of her books. Francine Rivers is good, but can be anti-Catholic and in your face at times. Here are a couple of reviews to get your started, or look for me on Goodreads
http://rannthisthat.blogspot.com/2010/07/review-resurrection-in-may-by-lisa.html
http://rannthisthat.blogspot.com/2010/06/life-in-defiance-my-review.html
http://rannthisthat.blogspot.com/2010/03/book-review-clouds-roll-away-by-sibella.html
http://rannthisthat.blogspot.com/2010/02/kiss-for-cade-vs-courtship-of-cade.html
http://rannthisthat.blogspot.com/2010/01/jennas-cowboy-my-review.html

These kind of cover the waterfront onRAnnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04102249990885174107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13263155.post-71823955256240422612010-09-25T07:13:52.213-05:002010-09-25T07:13:52.213-05:00Sounds like an interesting one. I've never seen one, though, I'm afraid. Everything I have read shoves the faith thing in my face, and whether it's Catholic or Protestant, it makes me cringe. I've gotten to the point where I don't even try anymore.

But I'd like to. Any suggestions on where to start?Kathleen@so much to say, so little timehttp://www.kathleenbasi.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13263155.post-8108530009362096172010-09-24T07:29:30.623-05:002010-09-24T07:29:30.623-05:00Quaker Summer was a favorite of mine`Quaker Summer was a favorite of mine`Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08739029410584701609noreply@blogger.com
