For another entry - a book that I DIDN'T like the movie of: Twilight - the book was great - total brain candy for me. . . but some of the scenes in the movie were changed so much, and there were quite a few things left out that are important in the book! Bella cooked every night for her father - that was part of their special relationship - in the movie, they only eat out!

One of my families favorite quick meals is Nacho Night!! This week one that I just made was great!!

1lb Hamburger Meat
1 BIG Green Pepper
1 Small Onion
1 Taco Seasoning Package
1 Can of Kidney Beans
1 Can of Diced Stewed Tomatoes
(Corn) Optional
Greeted Cheese
Bag of Tortilla Chips
1) Cook Meat after cooking the meat add Green peppers & onions and taco seasoning and let them meat Simmer and get the peppers and onions soften. (Just pour the taco seasoning powder in with the meat) DON'T ADD WATER...
2)Then Add Kidney Beans & Stewed Tomatoes and let them simmer with everything. While that is cooking and getting a little warm. Then divide the cheese up and put some on the meat to melt and the rest on Chips and then place chips on cookie sheet in the oven on Broil just to melt the cheese a little.
3) Then when the Chips are done! take them out and put the meat over the top of the Chips with some Sour cream.
Then Enjoy...YUMMY!!
It was a nice and easy thing to make on a nice hot summer day. :) Hope some of you will try it and will like it. Thanks!!

Twilight was just alright in my opinion. I couldn't get over how white they were. I know, I know...they're supposed to be vampires...but a little blush and bronzer never hurt anybody---even vampires!
