This month, Mailbox Monday is hosted by At Home With Books. Bloggers list books that arrived in either snail mail or email. Snail mail brought me an unsolicited book and a cookbook:
I downloaded a NetGalley:
My Story, My Song (To be reviewed later)
The Priest and the Peaches (To be reviewed in February)
I also published one review of a book read earlier:
The Priest and The Peaches and Girls Uncovered sound like two good books. I will be interested in your thoughts on them.
ReplyDeleteNice mixed reading here. Enjoy them all.
ReplyDeleteI left a comment on your review of Girls Uncovered.
ReplyDeleteHave a great reading week!

DIversity is a good thing. The Slowcooker book looks great. I need to utilise mine more often. Have a great week and happy reading!
ReplyDeleteGirls Uncovered looks good...and I should get that Slowcooker book, since I don't like to spend too much time cooking....
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week.
Here's MY MONDAY MEMES POST and here’s
MY WEBSITE
That cookbook looks like it might be right up my alley! I love my slow cooker! I can't wait to see what you thought of the Roberts book.

A nice varied selection.
ReplyDeleteHave an awesome week!!
The slowcooker meals book looks good! I have a similar cookbook, but I've been terrible about actually trying out the recipes in it. I think I need more photos (mine is a photo-free cookbook).
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by to follow and see what you where reading..

I haven't heard of any of the books you've mentioned. I hope you enjoyed them. I finished a nice mix of things. Please come see what I'm reading now.
ReplyDeleteAn eclectic group of books this week. Girls Uncovered sounds like it will be an interesting and eye-opening read.
ReplyDeleteI love using my slow cooker so the cookbook appeals to me.
ReplyDeleteI got the slow cooker book too. First impressions are not great. We'll see.
ReplyDelete2 Kids and Tired Books
As I'm scanning through your blog posts, I see the book by Robin Roberts' mother. I watch GMA a little each morning.
ReplyDeleteTaking nothing away from Mrs. Roberts, because I'm sure she has had a life worthy of a published biography, but it sure helps to have a celebrity as a daughter. :)
