Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival

Hi, and welcome to another edition of Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival.  I'm glad to have all of you stop by.  My Mailbox Monday  post shows two Catholic books I'll be reviewing soon.  While you are here, I'd like to invite you to enter my giveaways.  I'm giving away a book, 101 Things I Learned in Culinary School.  My other giveaway is for a $20.00 gift of your choosing.

Sunday Snippets is a chance for Catholic bloggers to share their posts with each other.  It doesn't matter if you blog exclusively about things Catholic or whether, like me, it pops up periodically, if you are Catholic you are welcome to join us.  If you'd like a weekly reminder to post, join our yahoo group.

To participate, go to your blog and create a post titled Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival.  In it, highlight one or more of your posts this week.  Also, include a link back here.  Then, come back here and sign Mr. Linky, giving a link to your Sunday Snippets post.

  2. My Ascension post shows how I treat the Ascension in my Catechism class as not just 30 seconds of floating up to heaven, but as the end of a 40-day process which began on Easter morning.
