Insanity of American higher ed, a Russian Orthodox speech to the Anglicans, and the Stabat Mater...a rather eclectic week. If anything, read the piece about the Metropolitan Hilarion's speech, then forward his speech as widely as you can. It is brilliant.

Hi RAnn, thanks for running this meme every week. You are so faithful! I don't think I would be able to do this. And how do you read so many books in a week? It's amazing - you must be a speed reader. Wish I had taken classes to do that.
