A Tremor of Bliss: Sex, Catholicism, and Rock 'n' Roll

A Tremor of Bliss: Sex, Catholicism, and Rock 'n' Roll is a book about why the Catholic church teaches what it does about sexual morality, and how that teaching frees us by restricting us.  My review is here.

Lady in Waiting: A NovelLady in Waiting: A Novel is about Lady Jame Gray and is written by Susan Meissner.  Since I've loved her other books,  I look forward to reading this one.  It is for a First Wildcard tour.

Nice to meet a fellow Louisiana resident in the blogosphere. I will check back often. I see on your post that you read some christian titles. The author I mention Pamela Ewen e, is a Christian novelist who lives in the Northshore area and she's willing to speak to book clubs, etc. Her novel,Moon in the Mango Tree is really good and she based it all on her grandmother's life. Of course she's touring right now for her newest release The Secret of the Shroud.

I can't wait to read your review of A Memory Between Us, I've been reading non-fiction stuff about women during WWII, for a Book Salon I started. And it has me interested in what WWII fiction is out there.

I only got one this week, but I'm trying to reduce my to-be-read pile so I'm fine.
