My review
rating: 3 of 5 stars
This is yet another chapter in the soap-operaish saga of the folks from Cedar Grove. For those who haven't read these books, you can put them in order by the first number in the address that is the title; hence this is book eight. If you haven't read any of the other books, I don't think this one would hold your interest at all; the earlier books had more story resolution in them; this one just seems to catch us up to everyone, and gives us more problems, but no real resolution. For example, Olivia was diagnosed with cancer in the last book; has surgery in this book, and it appears the lymph nodes are clear, but she still has to undergo chemo and radiation. The only story with a resolution involves the minister.
